The same place name You "Nonsee" it could be Mozarabic, of Latin root, "novum". The relations of Felipe II affirm on this matter: "... It has been said that formerly it was called Nonvelds". It is said that it Hebrews come to the Peninsula founded them after Palestine Nabucodonosor invaded and that of the old city of Canaán put to our place the name of "Nove". Some relation of the XVIIIth century affirms that it was created for the Greeks in 1250, before J.C. In 1266 Mozarabic testament appears in one quoted the Novés farmhouse, clerk of Fontalba of the Sagra. There were good vineyards plantations, and good gardens of diverse type. It is repopulated in the reign of Juan I (1379-1391), for a concord between the neighbors and the daughters of Pedro Pérez de ayala, Juana and Aldonza in 1387.
